Each member has industry experience in servicing the needs of the Telecom, Financial, Government, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Services sectors. Julius Azarcon

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Julius Azarcon is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Eosensa and is responsible for providing thought leadership, vision, and direction for Eosensa. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Azarcon has successfully aided client organizations achieve operating efficiencies, reduce unnecessary costs, turn around out of control operations, and increase our customers' competitive advantages.

Julius Azarcon has 14 years experience in the telecommunications, software, financial services, and banking industries. He began his career in 1996 as a product specialist at IBM Global Services, since then his career has grown through the management ranks in leading entrepreneurial and fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining Eosensa, Mr. Azarcon has held progressive management positions at ADP Canada, Sprint Canada, and IBM Global Services. Most recently at ADP Canada, Mr. Azarcon had overall management responsibility for overseeing the architecture, implementation, security, and operations of the Canadian data network, data centre, and national contact centre for this $9 billion dollar financial services and business outsourcing firm. He brings a wealth of experience in Information Security and Privacy, Audit and IT governance, Information Technology and management experience in the areas of IT operations, Internet infrastructure, and Enterprise applications.

Julius is a frequent speaker, course leader and trainer at conferences and workshops. Most recently, he was selected as a featured speaker on privacy and security at the Toronto Board Trade and York Region Technology Association. Julius is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Privacy Professional /Canada (CIPP/C), and ITIL Foundations Certified. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Julius holds a BSc. degree from York University.

Benjamin Boi-Doku

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Benjamin A. Boi-Doku is a Managing Director at Eosensa and is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Eosensa’s services organization. In 2008, Mr. Boi-Doku's leadership was instrumental in positioning Eosensa to become one of Canada's leading providers of technology risk advisory services.

Prior to co-founding Eosensa, Benjamin’s acumen led him to found and successfully manage a boutique marketing consultancy firm which he eventually sold after 10 years of operation. This unique entrepreneurial experience has put Mr. Boi-Doku in good stead with business management, marketing, operations, and financial dealings.

Alongside his business experience, Mr. Boi-Doku has a passion for Information Security and has held progressive security consulting and analysis positions in the past. Most recently at ADP Canada, Mr. Boi-Doku was responsible for the strategic development of internal security risk, advisory, and compliance services. He holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional Canada (CIPP/C), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designations. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)².

An enthusiastic speaker, Mr. Boi-Doku is available for workshops and presentations. His 2008 speaking engagements included: De-mystifying the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – Tips for Compliance, Security Awareness – Training Employees to Care, and Emerging Trends in Compliance.

Jeremy Tedes

Director, Information Security & Risk Services

Jeremy Tedes is responsible for leading the Information Security advisory practice at Eosensa Inc. and works closely with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to audit, design and implement industry best practice solutions in information governance, privacy and data protection. He has over a decade of management and operations experience within the areas of IT Risk Management, Audit, Information Security, Privacy, and Network Architecture. Mr. Tedes has held progressive roles in Information Security, Network Engineering, and Consulting at the Bank of Montreal Financial Group, Bell Canada, ADP Canada, Sprint Canada, and Intria HP. Most recently at the Bank of Montreal Financial Group, as the manager of a team of security consultants, Jeremy had the overall responsibility for the Information Security Engineering Architecture and Design for BMOFG world-wide.

Jeremy is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional Canada (CIPP/C), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISO 27001:2005 Provisional Auditor, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH V6), Cisco Certified Network and Design Professional (CCNP/CCDP), and is ITIL Foundations Certified. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Western Ontario.

He is a member of the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA).

Roshan Abraham

Director, Professional Services

Roshan Abraham has joined in the capacity of Director, Professional Services tasked with overseeing the service delivery of Eosensa’s professional services portfolio. Roshan brings a customer centric focus and has been given the mandate of understanding our client’s unique business drivers and creating engagements that meet our client’s specific needs in the most efficient manner.

Before joining Eosensa Roshan was engaged as Director, Consulting Services for Dyna Lync where he was responsible for leading the professional services teams in providing IT services focused on the Ontario Public Sector. Roshan has over 10 years of Information Technology experience in the Banking, Wealth Management, and Government Sectors. Mr. Abraham is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) and is a member of International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
